Opaque Eventmonitor (Rebirth v3.0)

Description
This makes the event-monitor of the Fighter Cockpit totally opaque, avoiding objects to shine through. This avoids confusing them for radar objects.

You need Rebirth v3.0 to be able to use this.

Again i saved the game, unsubscribed, started the game, saved and subscribed again...now it is opaque...i think is not good just with a new game...i don't know...maybe i have to many mods...or maybe something conflicts...i don't know...but Thank you for taking the time to read/respond...

I have been away from XR for a long time and will try and look into it. Thanks for reporting.

Sorry...it doesn't work in 4.30...it is strange...as i was in already started game i activated that mod and it worked...but in a new game it doesn't work...even if i deactivate save and exit...reenter the game and reactivate the mod still won't work...too bad...it was a short great experience to have that opaque monitor event...

Looks like you missed the scanner modes, the radar is transparent when any of them are up.

I went looking for this kind of mod for half a hour on the net today, then stumbled upon this while looking for another, was almost about to give up hope on using the Hawk cockpit due to that monior being pointless in bright systems. Thanks so much for fixing that annoying issue!

This is how the devs should have had it in the first place! Why have a solid monitor with a transparent screen? Well done setting them straight :)

The little things can make a huge difference sometimes, thanks for this.

Thanks for this, is there anyway to make all menus opaque when using HUD Detail monitor?

Thanks, that's just what I wanted inside my cockpit
