A total containment failure was once a theoretical exercise—deemed impossible at the clandestine KOA confinement facility. Until malevolent forces, driven by their own sinister agenda, plunge the facility into chaos. Explosions echo through the facility, casualties begin mounting by the minute, and nature-defying entities emerge to stalk the darkened halls.

Senior researcher Evelyn Carter is sent tumbling into the facility’s deepest depths during her initial escape attempt. Now, she must navigate the shadows and reunite with the last remnants of site security—before she’s claimed by the horrors that lurk below.
