Great musicians' Abandoned Works Return

Originally, each great musician had 3 pieces of music, but most of them were removed, so this mod brings them back.
Additionally, the issue where "1812 Overture" was incorrectly named as "Romeo and Juliet Fantasy Overture" has been fixed.
The Broadcast Center has been expanded with 2 additional slots to match the number.
