Description
Empty locations have 75% to spawn a beacon objective next to them (Vanilla is 50%)
All other locations have 20% to spawn a beacon objective next to them (Vanilla is 0%)

ONLY FUNCTIONS if enabled when BEGINNING/STARTING the campaign, mid game files are unaffected by this mod in full capacity.

Compatibility:
If a mod has overrides of Vanilla locations (Military, City, Standard Outpost, etc.) this will not function together correctly.
