Throw Adrenaline While Incapped

Lets you equip and throw your adrenaline while incapped, so you can pass it to a nearby teammate.

This script will also make you drop your melee or chainsaw when you get incapped; this is to fix a bug that would prevent you from getting a pistol when you go down. You can pick your melee up once you're revived.
