Optimize the unloading of characters beyond the player's line of sight.
Also unload submarines and various structures, items and other entities.

Ended up with "Jovian optimization" (possible placebo effect).
Currently the mod unloads all characters that are too far away from main sub or characters on the player's team. And removes all corpses with no items in them.
Spectators do not load characters within line of sight.
An attempt has also been made to optimize submarines out of sight.

As the crew of enemy boats unload, they cannot repair their sub while they are sinking.
Monsters that like to move away from the boat periodically can unload prematurely (note the hammerhead).
Very rarely strange things happen at outposts (bots die or stuck).

You can try your character upload values by changing them in the file.

Dont use in singleplayer, mod was tested only on the server.
