An alt version of this https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3423957048, but without the script to make you drop your melee. This lets it be used alongside mods that let you use melees while incapped.

Lets you throw your pills while incapped. This can be useful for helping out an injured teammate who's trying to reach you but is about to go down.
