L4D1 M16 on L4D1 Animations replaces SCAR-L

Description
This swaps the SCAR-L/Desert Rifle with M16 instead. A bit shorter animation is displayed instead and I have no intentions to make it longer.

Compatible with retextures, sounds and UI.
