Constant low gravity that affects only Narcoleptic, for better or for worse. Quire literally not very down to earth :P
Neither cat exactly "does" too much in the traditional sense, there is more focus on their actual gameplay and world setup than what these specific slugcats can do to the world. They are not important in the grand scheme of things, simply a couple slugcats with twined fates.
Both cats also have visual effects, Narc's is just way harder to catch in a still image. Life could be a dream and all that
