Description
Configure various settings of Ziplines and Tubeways. You can change their bonus speed, ziplines' max connections, distance and inclinations. You can also remove the speed penalty (50%) and this even increases game performance as the game does not need to check for beavers if they are underwater or not.

You can also enable "Zipline through obstacles" option, orignally intended only to remove the annoyance of trees blocking the zipline cables, unfortunately to make it possible, zipline cables can be created (and beavers do travel them) through anywhere. It's your game, play it with your own rule like don't create crazy cables or just do it.

By default this mod doubles the speed bonus (+150% to +300% for ziplines, +300% to +600% for Tubeways) and ziplines' max connection (2 to 4). To configure: from Main Menu -> Mods -> Settings button next to the mod name.

Note: if you disable "Tubeway for Folktails" or "Zipline for Iron Teeth" then open a save that you have built those, they will disappear and your Beaver may get stuck. Better delete them manually before disabling those options.

Troubleshooting

If anyone see a crash when using other mods that add materials into the game like (Append Vanilla Resources), please subscribe to this mod to fix the crash: MaterialPlzNoCrashes. It should fix crashes like these:

InvalidOperationException: Material BaseMetal.Folktails is already loaded. at Timberborn.TimbermeshMaterials.MaterialRepository.LoadMaterials

Does it crash or not working for Greedy Embers? I don't specificially target only any faction except for the add <building> to <other faction>. I thought Greedy Embers should already have both?

Could be just visual or UI, but I think you have mistaken to change the Tubeway bonus speed on the Tubeway Station instead of the Tubeway itself, because when I select a Tubeway, it's not showing the adjusted mod speed, example after configuring, saving and restarting the game: https://imgur.com/a/Sfhkjby

After this weekend update game crashes again with the mod enabled. MaterialPlzNoCrashes doesn't help.

FYI: game crashes when trying to use both transportation methods for the faction. MaterialPlzNoCrashes solved the issue as decribed in discussion.

True, maybe adding to all others sound better (though you may end up with 2 Ziplines for example if your modded faction is using another name). I will consider that.

Okay, sounds like a real pain if you need to specify them all manually. Was hoping it could be done simple enough with something like changing text (and code) to "Add ziplines to all factions" and "add tubeways to all factions". Thanks for the mods anyway and good luck :)
