Card Description Contrast

Description
Add an option to make card description background darker. Thus, you can play the mods whose contrast of card description is bad.

Opacity can be adjusted in Mod - Config (See screenshots).

Luckily, most mod authors do pay attention to readability, but here we are and I can already think of a few mods where this tool will be very helpful.
