T-64B (1976) is an upgraded version of the T-64A tank. From 1984, an additional 30 mm thick steel plate was welded onto the upper frontal plate during the "Reflection" development work. Later versions of the tank are equipped with a guided weapons system (ATGM) 9K112-1 "Cobra" and a completely redesigned 125-mm 2A46M—1 launcher, stabilized in two planes.
