No Forced Baldness on Genes

Description
A couple genes in various mods prevent pawns from having hair. Combine this with the genes that force a pawn to have a specific hair and you have a pawn unhappy with their hair no matter what it is.

This fixes that by removing their no hair restriction. Pawns that have these genes will now spawn with a random hair (They can still appear bald as well). This will also allow the long hair and short hair genes to work properly for them.

Some hairs may appear strangely on a pawn depending on their head texture. Not much I can do about that, change their hairstyle to one that works.

This really only effects a handful of mods, Alpha genes, Outland Genetics, and some FRBE addon mods. Other mods that target specific hairstyles shouldn't be affected. If they are let me know.

This should be compatible with everything. If there are no genes that this can target it just won't do anything.

Pawns will not be forced to be bald unless they have the "No hair" gene. When they should be bald.

Genes used in the preview images are from Alpha genes, Outland Genetics, and FRBE Addon - Lizardfolk

Honestly, much needed mod. I've always hated having pawns that have those different heads/adornments didn't have the ability to have hair!

The only one I'm unhappy with is the chemfuel nodule one xD It looks like what comes out after you eat corn >.>
