LA Rotterland for Dominions 6

Rotterland is a late age mod nation originally created by Kate_Micucci, and later modified for Dominions 5 Enhanced by Red_Rob. I really enjoyed the theming for Rotterland, and the history of the real Eighty Years War between Dutch and Spanish and the Siege of Ostend. But because Dominions Enhanced has not been released or announced for Dominions 6 yet, I decided to do "port" of this nation to Dominions 6 myself. If Red_Rob later releases DE for Dominions 6, I can remove this mod from the Steam workshop by request.

This is mostly a 1:1 port but I did make some minor balance changes and added mounts (lazily, I did not make new sprites so they are using vanilla ones). Also, two of the summons commanders have minor access to Glamour to fit their thematic elements.

"Rotterland is a muddy lowland, where the sun neither warms you, nor dries the damp from your cloak. Once it was green and prosperous. Ostlem, the capital, was a center of trade known for its beautiful windmills and tulips. After a terrible flood in which thousands drowned or perished from famine and disease Marignon's tercios conquered Rotterland. For long years blood was mixed with mud as the people struggled to push the invaders from their country. In the final battle, Ostlem was besieged. For three years the city was bombarded with fire and lightning until only the walls still stood. Finally, the last line of defense gave and Marignese pikemen surged over the walls. Suddenly the gate of the dike was opened, and an army of mermen flooded through the breach. The Marignese either fell under the sword or drowned in their trenches and mines. Ostlem was utterly destroyed, but Rotterland was free again. The armies of Rotterland use crossbows and plate armor. Their troops are accustomed to swamplands and are resistant to disease. Under the sea they can recruit mermen to aid them."
