Wget's TTT Weapon Rework Tweaked

- Removed changes to shotgun spread
- Changed pistol holdtype and reload type
- Changed Pistol ammo reserve back to 60
- Renamed Rifle ammo to Assault ammo
- Renamed XM to Auto-XM
- Renamed G3 to G3SG1
- Renamed M3 to M3-Pump
- Renamed Revolver to Magnum
- Edited description on dual elite t-weapon
- Changed Priority Targets to default off
- Changed Magneto Transparency to default off
- Changed buyable elites to default on
- Changed buyable penetrator to default on
- Edited hints of the newton launcher to include how you have to hold the mouse
- Renamed "The Penetrator" to just "Penetrator"
- Renamed "Newton Launcher" to just "Newton"
- Buffed Krieg damage and nerfed it's fire rate
- Buffed Magnum to allow full health 1 headshots at very close range and nerfed it's fire rate
- Buff Glock fire rate and nerfed it's damage
- Reworked a few guns to no longer be automatic (such as some shotguns, snipers, and pistols)
- Turned TMP Prototype back into a UMP but it's color has been changed to teal
- Turned the Silenced M16 into a Silenced TMP
- Made most shop items limited stock besides defusers and visualizers (had to include the base files for a few shop items to get this to work because idk how to add that without overwriting so that will probably mess with some compatibility)
- Made the silenced tmp cost 1 credit instead of 2
- Made the Dual Elites cost 2 credits
- Added hint to scout and awp telling players about the charge mechanic
- Made Awp slower but higher damage so people actually pick it up over other stuff
- redid the icons, they are no longer all in one image and it bugs out less
- Decoy now holds 3, instead of 8
- Redid item slots, weapons are slot 7, equipment is slot 8
- Buffed poltergeist
