修复了裙子在人物静止状态下飘动的问题 Fixed the bug where the skirt flutters when the model is stationary.

优化了VRD，现在更不容易造成裙子和大腿之间穿模了 Optimized the VRD, making it less likely for the skirt to clip through the thigh now.
