SCAR-H on L4D1 Animations

Description
This replaces the default Desert Rifle/SCAR-L with a SCAR-H variant instead on L4D1 Animations.
Literally this took me 5 minutes and all it does is change the shape of magazine and it's size. That's about it.

Compatible with retextures, sounds and UI.
Delightfully CS:GO esque (probably).
