Her reckless nature makes her dangerous, striking like lightning before anyone can react. Once she gets going, there?s no stopping her!

NEUTRAL SPECIAL: ELECTRIC DASH
Surge dashes forward at blinding speeds, phasing through opponents while delivering a powerful electric shock. Enemies caught in her path are momentarily stunned, leaving them wide open for follow up attacks. This move can be used in rapid succession to keep up offensive pressure, but whiffing leaves Surge vulnerable for a brief moment before she can act again.

SIDE SPECIAL: SPEED OF LIGHT
"Your 'SPEED OF SOUND' can't compete with my 'SPEED OF LIGHT'!"
Surge builds up energy in a spindash, charging herself with electricity before launching forward at nearly instantaneous speed! Any opponent in her way is struck with a powerful jolt as she tears through them like a bolt of lightning. However, this extreme burst of speed comes at a risk, if she miscalculates and misses her target, she?ll enter a burnout state, staggering and unable to act until she touches the ground.

UP SPECIAL: VOLT UPPERCUT
With a large surge of electricity crackling around her body, Surge propels herself skyward in a tornado like manner before delivering a devastating uppercut, sending opponents flying on impact! The move has a wide hitbox and deals high knockback, making it a strong finisher when used correctly!

DOWN SPECIAL (GROUNDED): STATIC PUNCH
Surge lunges forward, grabbing her opponent before ruthlessly slamming them into the ground. Without missing a beat, she immediately runs across their body, generating friction that charges her with static electricity. Once fully powered up, she unleashes a massive charged punch, sending her opponent hurtling across the stage! This move is both flashy and brutal, perfect for punishing careless opponents!

DOWN SPECIAL (AERIAL): ELECTRIC SPINDASH
Surge snatches an opponent out of the air and enters a high speed spindash, rapidly colliding with them while surrounding them with electrical energy. The constant shocks prevent them from escaping, dealing repeated damage before the final blow. However, the move doesn?t end automatically: by holding either the attack or special button, Surge can alter the outcome! Holding attack delivers a high-power shock explosion, launching the opponent away, while holding special allows her to use 'Electric Dash' instantly and follow up with additional aerial attacks. This move is versatile, allowing Surge to mix up her offense and keep her opponents on edge!

ULTRA: OVERCHARGE
Surge pulls out all the stops and wants her opponent GONE. Channeling every ounce of electricity in her body, she traps the opponent in a massive web of thunder, paralyzing them as she begins a relentless barrage of attacks. With each strike, she builds up both kinetic and static energy, her speed increasing as the attack sequence continues. Sparks fly as she lands blow after blow, with every hit charging up for one final, devastating attack!

But power like this comes at a price, while 'Overcharge' is being used Surge enters a weakened state where using her abilities will cause her to take self-inflicted damage! Use Overcharge to obliterate opponents, but be ready to handle the consequences!
