ROTS Flag Fix (Lite Version)

-New (corrected) flags for Ashikaga, Honda, Kobayakawa, Hasebe, Ii, Takahashi, Kono, Ouchi, Hatakeyama, Sasaki, Satake, Hirazumi Fujiwara, and Takeda clans in ROTS campaign.

-All symbols not taken from base game were taken from Expanded Japan mod so credit due to the author of those

-Uniforms & faction colors (including map colors) also tweaked to match redone flags

-Battle flags updated but will not appear unless using a mod that adds them (eg either my Genpei Standard Bearers mod or ROTS Custom DB changes mod)

-Still compatible with mods that alter uniform colors just make sure they are above it in load order.. if playing with Fuwuvi's ROTS/FOTS All Clans Playable this mod needs to be higher in load order since that one does alter the factions.db table. Compatible with other flag mods unless ROTS factions are included in their databases.

Known Issues:
-Must be loaded above any other mods that alter factions.db, factions_banners.db and/or faction_uniform_colors.db tables to work properly (unless you are trying to combine it with an alternate uniform colors mod)
-Mons on faction selection screen not fully updated (buttons will show clans' old symbols but background should show the new one)
-Siege flags still show original banners
