Description
A replacement for the Combine Elite Soldier with a chance to spawn with different heads shown in the second picture. Also replaces its playermodel and includes c_hands. I own none of this.

DAM! o_o looks hella Sexy good job! hey i have a suggestion i would like to make make a version where the material beneath the plates are black + the Combat Vest and keep the plates White could make for a cool Color Combo
