Any chance to add more equipment like grenade pouches to militia? As untrained as they are, you would think they would at least bring extra stuff.

My next update likely will be adding suppressors and scopes to appropriate weapons but only if their weapon models support it, so I cannot guarantee anything yet

Worth it... now I can give all the militias lee enfields just saying that they ran out of assault weapons and the Rangers weren't kind enough to donate M16A4s.
