SSB4U: Ryu (REUPLOAD)

This is addon not mine. I am just uploading this to the Steam Workshop for preservation, as this was originally available for use in Garry's Mod for a short while, but was removed following the DMCA takedown fiasco in 2024. Also, I would like for anyone who plays GMod to enjoy using this addon. All credit goes to the original authors, Apoc Hedgie and RandomTBush (RTB), for creating the original addon. However, if they want me to remove this mod, I will respectfully comply.

However, if this gets removed through another false flagging, I'll just reupload it again. The 2024 DMCA purge may have affected me and lots of other GMod creators, but we are not alone, and we are not giving up. I refuse to be silenced like the others who have been as they try to express their feelings and concerns about it. And I will not let this community down. I stand with other creators who want to do something about this, and I want to contribute to the revival efforts. Alright, enough of my rambling.

Making his grand debut in the 1987 Capcom fighting game for arcade, Street Fighter, the iconic Martial Arts fighter and protagonist of the series, Ryu, would find his way into the Super Smash Bros. series by becoming an unlockable DLC character in Super Smash Bros. For Nintendo 3DS / Wii U in 2015, and later becoming an official part of the character roster for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in 2018. After Ryu was made available as a DLC character for SSB4, he would find himself being ported to the sandbox game, Garry's Mod, by long-time players and veteran members of the modding community for the game in the form of a small model pack.

Fun fact: Capcom is also the company behind the Mega Man and Ace Attorney franchises!
