Action Music: Cuphead in "Don't Deal With The Devil" + The Delicious Last Course

Description
Later there will be a jokey cheesy 1930s inspired description for this addon but for now it's just up here so this is on the workshop.

Cuphead + DLC music for Action Music. Inspired by the existence of the Mafia: TCoLH Action Music pack in a roundabout way.

All boss battle songs + introduction are on "fierce battle"
all run & gun levels + The Recipe for Ms. Chalice are on "battle"
an ominous stroll, caute cave mortem(?) and inkwell heck are on "suspense"
everything else that's in the pack is in "background"
