RM Boat Cargo Bags

Description
This mod adds 4 slots for drybags to vanilla boats, those aren't visible.
I added 5 custom drybags, each with 60 Slots, so you could get up to 240 Slots Cargo.
Vanilla Drybags work aswell.

Repacked is allowed, a like would be nice.
