Description
Embracing a new frontier takes a lot of courage. The Rowland-Class was up for a lot, but not the deepest reaches of space and the discoveries that lay beyond. In comes the Satori-Class Exploration Cruiser. Equipped with gravigenic shields to deflect incoming high-mass projectiles, a singular forward torpedo bay, and 6 sets of dual turret encampments, this ship is no slouch in combat either.

Boasting a transporter room, two shuttle bays, stellar cartography, a battle bridge, hydroponics, a mess hall with a bar, even a library and holodeck. With these, there is no shortage onboard this vessel for explorers and diplomats alike, even coming equipped with a luxurious VIP lounge/quarters for any important guests.

While the shields are in use - due to them being rooted in gravity-displacing wave tech - it is advised that personnel stay at their stations, walking around the vessel while shields are up may make crewmen feel dizzy and disoriented. The shields are only intended to help counter custom weapons that utilize gravity launchers, and the nacelles have their own affect on spacetime which will help redirect incoming ordinance whether the shields are up or not.

The torpedo tube's operation is more manual, unlike the other systems on the ship like the automatically-opening shuttle bays, so strict adherence is required - When at the helm; open the tube, turn on the welders, then launch the torpedo (all available on the taskbar). It is ill-advised to operate the tube when at high speed or during maneuvers, as this could easily knock the torpedo around in its tube and although it will not cause a premature detonation it could still cause damage.

[[ALTHOUGH IT IS SURVIVAL-READY, THE HOLODECK AND TORPEDO TUBE BOTH USE SUBGRIDS - THEY ARE JUST NOT INTEGRAL TO THE OPERATION OR USEFULNESS OF THE SHIP]]

- This ship is another that was made to be more optimized for lower-end PC's. The next Trek ships I make won't be, I just wanted a large and a small ship that are easy on peoples' builds that properly work and are made for survival. This means I'll start greebling the hull and adding more detail to the interiors - this one is INTENTIONALLY basic on the outside for this reason. Same with the interior, many blocks we love are simply not optimized and run up GPU demand.

Thank you! This was another more modest build with a simplistic exterior and a dumbed-down interior for the sake of saving lower-end pc's while still delivering a solid ship. My Trek ships moving forward won't be so simplistic, I just really want to make "potato builds" in certain styles so no one feels left out. :)

I love this, very well done! I envy your interior design abilities.
I thought at first glance it was a Narendra Class ship, which is my favorite style.
