Description
"I believe that this nation should commit itself to achieving the goal, before this decade is out, of landing a man on the moon and returning him safely to the Earth. - (JFK, 1961)"

CREDITS:

Dust: Playtester
Hidden for the original map and some config scripts (A SPECIFIC VERSION OF THE MAP IS INCLUDED AND PACKED IN WITH THIS CONFIG, ALONG WITH MODIFIED SCRIPTS AND ASSETS. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL MAP INSTALLED AT THE SAME TIME AS THIS CONFIG. THERE WILL BE SEVERE CONFLICTS)

THIS CONFIG IS KNOWN TO ADD A LOT OF SOUNDS, WHICH WILL REACH THE SOUND CACHE LIMIT WHEN COMBINED WITH TOO MANY OTHER ADDONS. DISABLE ALL ADDONS BESIDES THOSE IN THE COLLECTION TO AVOID MISSING SOUNDS. Specifically, Wavy's BO3 and WW2 weapons add a lot of sounds in particular, and any tfa vox pack will do this as well.

MAKE SURE TO GET THE REQUIRED CONTENT FROM THE MOON REZZURRECTED REQUIRED CONTENT COLLECTION.

MAP: nz_moon
PLAYERS: 10
PERK LIMIT: 4 (+more after completing easter eggs)
PERK MODIFIERS: N/A
FLASHLIGHT: ENABLED
RE-PAP AAT: N/A
DOLPHIN DIVE: ENABLED
SLIDE: DISABLED
HITS BEFORE DOWN: 3 (with bad attack animations)
DIFFICULTY: VERY HARD

Tip 1: At least one player with a Richtofen playermodel MUST be present to be able to complete the easter egg (any playermodel will work as long as it has the word "Richtofen" in it somewhere, so the PES, WAW, or BO3 will all work)

Tip 2: Set your playermodel to one of the original 4 zombies characters for special quotes (and easter egg mechanics)!

Tip 3: The starter area / Area 51 / No Man's Land is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT AND YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO STAY THERE! If you are not prepared for hardcore bhopping, dodging grenadier zombies, and perfectly timed knife headshots, get the hell out of there ASAP! You can always come back later with better gear.

Tip 4: Periodically, excavators will threaten to breach the base, causing permanent decompression (which will make that area extra low gravity and unbreathable, even with power on). In order to prevent this, you must use the hacker and go to the Receiving Bay (spawn room on the Moon) and find a console with a green glowing button. Hold your use key (with the hacker out and equipped!) until the green button goes away and the excavator returns to its original position. WARNING: if you are trying to do the easter egg, DO NOT stop the 1st excavator! It must breach the base in order to release the Vril artifact. Each excavator will only start once per game, so if you hack the 1st excavator before it breaches the base, it will never come back and you will have to restart from the beginning. Also note that the order of excavators is always the same every game: 1st is Pi (which decompresses Tunnel 6 and releases the artifact needed for the easter egg), then Epsilon (which decompresses the bio dome), and finally Omicron (which decompresses Tunnel 11).

Tip 5: Be careful when using frag grenades or weapons like the ray gun while in areas with windows. Explosives can break the windows, letting all the precious oxygen escape into the cold, dead vacuum of shpace.

Tip 6: The QED can send excavators back to their original location without using the hacker. All you have to do is throw a QED near one of the excavator blades and it'll be sent on its way.

Tip 7: QEDs also have many other case-specific effects, such as always instantly killing Astronaut zombies, or spawning Gersches on relevant easter egg locations (such as the plates in Area 51). Try it out to see what else it can do!

Tip 8: Do not underestimate the hacker device! Not only is it required to complete the easter egg, but it can also:
- open doors for a reduced price
- move and lock the mystery box to any desired mystery box spawn
- re-cycle spun weapons from the mystery box
- refund perks at perk machines
- spawn security and bonus point powerups when used on the little plugs/circuitry behind the Pack-A-Punch machine (which creates a protective forcefield *and* activates a sentry gun which will protect you completely for 30 seconds as long as you stay near PAP)
- hack players to share points with them
- spawn a random powerup that cycles through all available powerups every second when used on the circuit board (looks like the COD WW2 zombies power switch) in the bio dome
- turn any powerup into a max ammo,
- turn max ammo powerups into fire sales
- and more!

Tip 9: "Newton's 3rd law also applies to fun!" Weapons with self-propulsion knockback (such as the Mustang and Sally) are much more effective in low gravity. Give it a try!

OPTIONAL CHALLENGES / ACHIEVEMENTS:
1. Cryogenic Slumber Party - complete Richtofen's grand scheme.

2. Unfriendly Fire - kill a horde of zombies using a Hellhound's death explosion in Area 51 (easier if an Insta Kill is active).

3. I BELIEVE - get 400+ kills in Area 51 without ever travelling to the moon.

4. Spaaaaace! - use zero gravity to jump over a horde of zombies.

5. Air is for the Weak - find the secret Mask Moscato perk.

6. Three Inch Magnum - find the secret Python Snub revolver.

7. Fully Armed and Operational - acquire three Pack-A-Punched weapons at the same time.

8. Ground Control - prevent the excavators from breaching the base.

9. One Small Hack for a Man... - use the hacker for the first time.

10. One Giant Leap - with both tunnels blocked by excavators, teleport to the bio dome half of the map by jumping into a Gersch device or letting the Astronaut attack you.

11. Big Bang Theory - gain sweet, sweet, revenge.

I don't really feel like doing it, sorry.
Doge 29 Apr @ 5:51pm
can you make a tfa version of the bo1 version of gersh device later or a week?
Drunk Headcrab  [author] 29 Apr @ 5:48pm
Oh. Well, the weapons are designed for nzombies in-general so that's probably why. They sort of work in sandbox but like I said, they are all nzombies-specific weapons.
Doge 29 Apr @ 5:47pm
it creates errors to for sandbox

Look for "Wavy's Nzombies Weapons" on the workshop. It has BO1 Gersches.
Doge 29 Apr @ 5:42pm
i like the bo1 version better can you make it support sandbox only
Drunk Headcrab  [author] 29 Apr @ 5:18pm
They are for nzombies only, and were specifically designed and edited for this config. If you want Gersches and QEDs for sandbox, use the original TFA Bo3 wonderweapons.
