Description
A detailed BMW/MINI Car Dealership based on the BMW/MINI Car Dealership by SvenBerlin. All rights and credits for the model belong to SvenBerlin.

Its a unique building, but you can change it to a commercial building with the RICO mod.

Visual changes from the original:
  • Larger area = 14X15
  • Added lots of BMW car props
  • Added parking lots
  • BMW flags
  • More lighting

Functional changes:
  • Cost = 0, maintenance = 0 (its a private business, the city has no costs)
  • Removed the tourists and entertainment value (its a business, not a tourist attraction)
  • Changed the number and distribution of the employees.
