MGS3 CQC Main Menu Theme

Description
Replaces the L4D2 menu themes with the CQC theme from Metal Gear Solid 3.

This is a personal mod but I decided to share it. Does not feature the CQC menu animations from MGS3.

Because L4D2 only plays the audio to the same extent as the original track, nothing can be done about that.
