NVK Bezstrashen (Optimized)

Description
The "НВК Безстрашен" (NKV Bezstrashen) is an Italian built light cruiser which was bought by the Bulgarians a few years before the First Balkan War. The ship is fictional but she would be the biggest ship in the Bulgarian navy if real. The name "Bezstrashen" means "Fearless" in Bulgarian, which is very much accurate to the Bulgarians at the time.
