The following stat changes are:
VerticalPunch - 4 to 8
Max Spread - 30 to 20
SpreadDecay - 5 to 10
MinDuckingSpread - 0.5 to 0.3
MinStandingSpread - 1.25 to 0.6
MinInAirSpread - 3.0 to 1.4
MaxMovementSpread - 3.0 to 1.6
Damage - 80 to 160
CycleTime - 0.3 to 0.2
clip_size - 8 to 6
