Flesh Ruins SAVE Ambience Dupe

Description
This is the dupe required to load in the ambience for the Flesh Ruins SAVE (Not the map, that already has ambience)

after loading the save fly up to the coords 0,0,0 or In console do "setpos 0 0 0", pull the dupe out, and place it ONTOP of the 2x2 block, try to get to as close to the center of the top face as possible to ensure there is not any offset
