bouncy ragdolls

Description
Uploaded with gmpublisher[github.com]
this mod replace the ragdoll physics (a .phy file mod)
it makes the ragdoll more bouncy more floppy.
btw i dont know how to make a ragdoll so I ripped a ragdoll mod to make this mod
also this mod need restart the game to work
work on 90% custom player model or npc
and not virus i promise

I think the physics should still look good without bounce.

you could change the material back to flesh and just upload it as a non bouncy version.
