[ARC9] EFT Special Useless Items

Description

Some of the Special Equipment from Escape From Tarkov on ARC9 base. Absolutely useless in GMod.

Includes:
Vortex Ranger 1500 rangefinder, SP-81 signal pistol, bunch of handheld flares and Blicky toy gun.

Literally useless. Signal pistol can ignite enemy though.

I just stack some "Full Auto" from extras on toy gun... made it up to 6.3607655544908e+14

rangefinder is useful with arc9 snipers- especially if bullet physics is enabled.

They`re not shooting :( .Welp, when i shoot, missle wont fly. It just gets stuck in place where i shoot from .

i also have the same problem as sgalkin, i have no addons just this one (except EFT shared and ARC9) and it also stays in place with a shadow that is an error message
