BKA-65 e1 Orion AWACS

The BKA-65 e1 is a militarized AWACS (Airborne Warning And Control System) version of the original passenger liner, capable of detecting enemy aircraft from long range and scouting enemy activity with a powerful radar. Built on the original propeller airframe, the e1 is nimble, versatile, and fast.

The Orion has a max speed of 360 kmh (220 mph), and comes with fuel, auto-stabilization, and two altitude modes (sea level by default, [V] to swap to ground based). Rotate/landing speed is 140-150 kmh (87-93 mph) The flight engineer POV (2) has displays showing (left to right, top to bottom) minutes of fuel, speed holding (m/s), fuel bar, altitude sensor, flare dispensing, radar toggle, speed hold toggle, and ground based altitude toggle. This plane needs complexity mod (2500).
