Armor Temperature Adjustment

Description
The main goal is armor temperature adjustment. A lot of epic armors have very low temperature resistances. This mod updated some of the epic armors and set temperature resistance from 3 to 5.

The secondary goal was armor properties adjustment. Some of the armors don't have additional bonuses. This mod adds or changes bonuses for some armors. No big changes either.

The only thing affected is ItemStatModificationTable. So it may conflict with other mods that change item additional properties.

I would love to see a MOD that passes on all armors even starting robes make them Desert Prefered but -5 cold something like that.

@saph0704 For the Lemurian Warrior set, I took as an example the common Medium Epic armor. And from the logic side, the Lemurian Warrior set is sturdier than the Lemurian Royal set, and that compensates for the missing magic. I tried to update only the epic armor with low resists because I don't understand why they have it so low.

Oh, that makes much more sense for the Lemurian royal, what does that mean for the Lemurian warrior then? I thought Funcom did away with epic armour variants?

@saph0704 you don't have such a question about the common Light Epic set? It has the same 4,4 resists. Actually, this Lemurian set is more like exclusion from rules, and I set these values because it's a set from the boss, and it's kind of a magic set.

Sorry, a'm just having some difficulties understanding; the open silken Lemurian dress gives how much cold resistance? The heat resistance is quite understandable, but cold?
