Combine Faction Citizens (with legacy npc_citizen_enemy)

Description
WHAT DOES THIS ADDON EVEN MEAN?

What this addon does is essentially just add Refugee, Rebel and Medic with their faction set to combine instead. This means the citizens in this addon are friendly to combine and hostile to player and rebels.

Evil Medics will heal other combine members and other evil rebels

Evil Citizens will just run away from you (provided their ai will work)

This addon isnt like "Hostile Resistance" Addon since there is less quality and only really 4 NPCs to play with.

Legacy Evil Rebel is just Enemy Rebel. Its here for legacy purposes since gmod had an enemy rebel but it has been changed slightly (notably the name, instead of npc_citizen_enemy... its npc_citizen_rebel_enemy)

Update is out. i have added Evil Citizen

Its gonna be extra work since i need to prepare a screenshot, Material file for spawn icon and some descripton editting.

Can you make like an Actual Evil citizen *not rebel* that's just in the combine faction
