Description
<< Content Download **READ BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD** >>
Unfortunately, Steam Workshop has a 1GB limit for addons, while my map is around 1.7GB. I attempted to split it into four separate addons, but SteamCMD failed to upload the files correctly
Using gmod method didn’t work either—it rejected a ton of vtx files and without those the map will have errors everywhere.

The only way to get the content working is to download the files directly from my Google Drive and extract them into your addons folder.
Here is the link:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QPvb2HZ9SZCuw7O4KCQsiGE3qSoSQsn4/view

Files are compressed into 700mb to make it faster to download
Drag the folder inside to your addons folder in garrysmod/garrysmod/addons

Note: Once I have time to deal with the content problem I will upload it in parts and attach it to this addon

<< Update Info >>
This map marks the first stage of Leidentown transformation, bringing a major renovation to its predecessor.
Every new and reworked location has been designed to align with the narrative of our upcoming custom project: 'Leidentown: Snufftime' embracing my personal vision of retrofuturism noir infused with modern cyberpunk and dark fantasy.

<< About Leidentown >>
Leidentown is an RPG gamemode running on a new gamebase in development, Amalgam, and introducing a custom genre called Retronightmare—a fusion of retrofuturism noir, cyberpunk, and dark fantasy horror. The game sets in a decaying city where death is entertainment and survival is a currency, Leidentown offers a rich, player-driven RPG experience, featuring persistent factions, evolving economies, reputation-based dynamics, and deep character progression and every choice shapes your journey in this world where power is earned, not given.

Currently a solo endeavor—at least on the programming side—Leidentown is a passion-driven project that will take time to complete. Once things are ready, word will spread, and invitations will be sent out to those who wish to join

FAQ:
I'll save you some time and answer a few questions you might ask in the comments...

Q)The map lighting looks nothing like in the pictures/video
A)You need to enable the 'Retro-Nightmare Filters.'
You should have a new category in your 'post processing' tab, one option activates the filters and the other the overlay with a new hud

Q)Can I use this map on my server?
A)Yes, no need to ask for permission/

Q)Why reflections don't work on the map?
A)Baking cubemaps in the map current state is impossible—but thankfully, the filters compensate for it.

Q)Soundscapes/Sounds don't work or/and console spamming errors
A)This is really weird, and I might be wrong, but it seems like sounds are queued when played. If a sound gets stuck, it cuts off all other audio and prevents new sounds from playing.
It usually resolves itself after a few minutes, but I’ve done my best to ensure it doesn’t happen on my map.
You can use 'stopsounds' in the console, but I don't recommend it—it will disable some ambient sounds for the rest of your session

Q)Will this map get updated?
A)Yes, but it may take some time before I begin working on Part 2. The current version is just the first part of Leidentown, and I plan to expand it further, making it even bigger.

Q)Can I get the VMF for the map?
A)Yes, but not at the moment

Q)Where did you get the assets from?
A)All asset credits are listed in a hidden out-of-bounds area in Wyrmhaven, accessible only with noclip. The credits are engraved on floating tombstones.

Q)How do I open the bunker inner door?
A)The door is secured with a voice recognition device that requires a password. Simply aim your crosshair at the device and enter the password in the chat.
To uncover the secret password, search the map for clues—it shouldn't be too hard to find.

<< Known Bugs >>
All the bugs are minor, so I’ve decided to ignore them until Phase 2

1)Some skybox buildings may not perfectly align with the world or might appear too bright—A detail I missed before turning most of my skybox brushes into props.. I might address this in Phase 2, but it’s unlikely since it’s not a major issue.
2)The console is flooding with strange cubemap errors, but you can safely ignore them—they’re completely harmless.
These errors occur because many of the custom materials I’m using from other games rely on reflections, and I haven’t baked any cubemaps into the map.

you should totally be able to upload the content for this map, i swear i've seen plenty of 3gb+ addons...
also a lot of the content is just base half-life 2 content, if you filter that stuff out it'd be lighter
i know there's a program to pack the content into the map itself, i'm not sure if that helps with filesize though

and why is it only on this map that the interface is not removed when using the Camera's "weapons"????

A lot of the sky textures seem very unstable and glitchy

Hi, does this map require any mounted games, I did the addons legacy stuff, but I have various missing textures regardless, they're also doing a Half-Life: Source and tearing through the map.

you can load content easily, since gmod suppors 2 gb contenet and stuff

In the spawn if you leave it through noclip and not through the arch door you will have all your weapons disabled because it has a safezone script enabled
Walk through the arch until it tells you that you left wyrmhaven
