Briefing: Alright, listen up you gents. Operation Diving Falcon is a go. That means that your squad will be infiltrating inside the country to perform some behind the lines types of missions to soften up enemy resistance before our main force engages. Now, we could have just fly you into the enemy territory, but they deployed some SAM batteries along the border in anticipation for the air attacks. That means you will have to hop the fence on foot, so you will be crossing the border near one of the old and understaffed border post. But here is the twist - an intelegience officer of the Nowheraki Ground Forces(NGF) is currently inspecting said border post on account of its combat readiness. And it just so happens that this IO has some papers. You know, nothing special, just an entire records of most NGF assets in this region, including their numbers, location, combat status and so on. Not a big deal, as you can see, which means he won't mind if they just so happen to disappear. So, jokes aside, your job will be to get there, grab those papers, vanish among the mountains and await further orders. You will get more accurate info once we got there, so pack your ♥♥♥♥ and get ready for a long vacation in Nowheraki

Intel: The post is manned mostly by NGF conscripts, around 20 or so soilders. Post commander and NGF IO are currently in their office, the intel docs should be there too. Most of the soldiers are relaxed and even unarmed, they obviously dont expect an attack right now. Although if you do raise an alarm then you should expect possible enemy QRF from the nearest checkpoint to the south. Civilians are also present, but not a whole lot of them, it's pretty late, and they are mostly waiting in line just outside the checkpoint. Once you grabed the docs, escape through the mountain trail to the SouthEast. Stick to the shadows and leverage your NVG's advantage.

Lore: Nowheraki is one of those countries. You know the type - threatening international comnunity, ocassionaly skirmishing with its neighnours and being a paradise for ruthless dictators, black market dealers and overly corrupt goverment. It wasn't pleasent to deal with it, but everyone still carried on just trying to not anger the bear too much.

Up until today. Nowheraki goverment steped a little to far with sponsoring some well known terrorist cells, and now an international coalition was created with purpose of invading the country, overthrowing it's dictator with his retinue, and establishing a proper, more moderate type of goverment.

You will be the scalpel which will slice out the tumors, the tip of the spear which will pierce the enemy and the hammer that will bring down justice on those who deserve it. With that, Nowheraki liberation campaign, Task Force North, is a go. Good luck

Authors notes: Decided to make some maps with cool and beautiful NGF mod with an idea of a "prequel" story way before the insurgency times of the vanilla game, will eventually compile them in an operation once I make all the maps in the series, but for now enjoy the map as is. I also recommend using some moded units like the ones from ARES, since enemies in NGF are all much harder than base game insurgents. Feedback is always appreciated and have fun
