Description
Situation
The year is 2041. Tensions between China and the United States have risen to a boiling point. As the United States fell from being a superpower, they sought to increase force projection into the Pacific to counteract growing CSAT influence. This resulted in diminutive results as even the purchasing power of the USD dropped below the Yuan. Now, patrols in the South China Sea have increased between the two powers as they vie for total control, leading to a small spark that would stoke the flames of war once again......

Mission
You are a leader of a Marine Squad, callsign "Scythe", on board a LPD named the USS Valkyrie. You were on a relief mission, when suddenly, the world went dark to the ship... Your orders are to secure a beachead.

Scenario Info
  • Combat: Long range to CQB.
  • Playtime: ~30-50 mins.
  • Untested with AI mods.
  • Recommend playing with less than 3000 viewdistance and objectdistance.
  • Music used from BF4
  • A combination of real VO from friends, VO from BF4, and AI voices from 11labs.

Please do NOT forget to load Western Sahara and Expeditionary Forces when playing this scenario. Compat mods are okay. I've made it so that you get a loadout with no watermarks!

I tend not to do revive scripts since there's a bunch of revive mods out there already that people use. I don't want to get people to disable mods for one mission, so I just leave no revives. There are 2 different endings by the way.

Hella fun, AI just dies so fast so it turns into a lone wolf mission, even when using cheat to max skill for blufor AI they still get smoked. (NOT SAYING CHANGE THIS) Really gave the feel of the dialogue when they said it's a suicide mission because it really felt like one.

Very nice, intro was pure cinema. Although i destroyed more enemy vehicles than i killed infantry, and the 50cals first-shot-one-shotted me while ignoring the friendly AI around me all the time. ArmA just does that.

Is there gonna be a full on campaign? Something including the AAVs would be nice, or with the special MATVs
