[TTT2] Identity Swap Grenade

An item for TTT2 that swaps the identities of all players within range.

Fun Facts + Notes:
- By default, the swap has a limited duration, and the grenade has a radius of 256 hammer units. You can configure these in this grenade's section of the "Edit Equipment" menu.
- Whenever the grenade is used, everyone is guaranteed to get a new identity, and not the identity they started with.
- Players can also get the identities of dead bodies within range, however dead bodies can't get the identities of players within range.
- Watch out! With the way the Identity Disguiser code currently works, the traitors won't know who has been swapped, so Traitors/Swappers may appear innocent.

Requires TTT2 and the Identity Disguiser item. Not compatible with original TTT.
