Modifies the game's prefix handling functions, allowing normally illegal prefixes to be applied.

If the mod is meant to allow things like magic weapons have the 'legendary' modifier, i couldn't find any of this in testing. i mean, allowing melee weapons to have modifiers exclusive to other classes. good idea otherwise
