Unique Unit: Exiled Yesaul - Unique Great General that is aswell created from Great Writer Points aswell contributing towards its spawning. If stationed in a city transforms 10% of the Culture from Great Works into Tourism.

Unique Building: Prosvita Literacy Club - Replacement for the Museum that contains its original effects, but aswell adds Great Writer Points towards the Capital.
