Adds Umhaill to the game under the legendary pirate queen Grace O'Malley

Umhaill - Grace O'Malley

UA: Nurse to All Rebellions
Your naval units split some of their xp between nearby friendly units on death. Looting cities generates great admiral points.

UU: Longa Fada
Replaces the caravel (galleon with Enlightenment Era[http//%3D+https] installed). Faster but slightly weaker. When it kills a unit, steals some of its xp, and turns the rest into gold.

UB: Tower House
Replaces the Castle. Cheaper in conquered cities. Boosts production when a unit dies nearby.
