Futara's Dragon Intents effect compatibility

Description
Patch mod to make Futara's Dragon compatible with mods using the "intents" effect.
This effect turns your character invisible, but is a purely visual effect, unlike the actual "invisible" effect, but wasn't applicable to this race.
