Description
Adds the Dynasty of the Niles led by Prince Hisan from MLP:FiM.
An early game religious powerhouse with a strong pivot towards tourism later on.

UA: Idols of Old

The splendor of the Niles increases theming bonuses for World Wonders and Museums by 150% in the capital.

UB1: Statue of Somnambula

Hisan's replacement for the shrine. Provides +2 Faith and 1 Happiness.
+1 Faith for each oasis nearby.
+1 Tourism after reseaching Archaeology.
Costs twice as much Production to build.

UB2: Necropolis

Hisan's replacement for the Temple. Provides +3 Faith.
+2 Culture per turn from Gold and Incense nearby.
+3 Tourism after reseaching Archaeology.
Costs more Production to build and doubles Gold plundered by any enemy who captures this city.
Requires a Statue of Somnambula in the city.
