Description
Around the Protectorate planet Tamarack lies the most important distribution facility in the outer systems. Run by Nova shipping and partially commandeered by OTDEL, it serves as the central food, water, and medicine shipping center for billions of people. With the advent of war it now serves as the primary military loading facility for Marauder and Moorline class freighters. The Alliance is staging a surprise attack on the facility in an attempt to wipe out the Protectorate's logistic capability. But OSP intelligence caught wind and has converted the Magnetic Freight Acceleration System, usually used to quickly transport cargo between loading piers and warehouses, into a terrifying weapon capable of punching holes straight through a Solomon.

This map is a 5v5 map with an asymmetric point layout and map hazards in the form of artillery. Team 1 will start with six capture points on their side of the map. Team 2 will start with only a single capture point. To balance this, Team 2 can direct fire from 12 artillery cannons against Team 1. These cannons are arrayed such that every capture point is covered by at least one gun, and their firing direction can be seen on the tacmap as a moving, dashed red line. The cannons will fire at any hostile radar track that Team 2 sees, so long as it is within the firing arc of the cannon. Team 2 can additionally prioritize targets using the PRI marker or deprioritize them using the KIL marker. Each cannon is associated with a capture point and starts active. When Team 1 captures a capture point, the cannons associated with that point are deactivated. They are reactivated when Team 2 recaptures that point.

The map is 40km in diameter with a spawn distance of approximately 13km. Recommended 1,250 victory point limit. Does not support CTF or Station Capture.

most of the time the projectiles just seem to not register hitting a ship, i dont know if its just me but it feels like they go so fast they just dont register hits and go through ships.
