full latest mwbase(literaly every gun) with textures compressed down to 128x128 res

-compressed from 7.30 gb to 1.20 gb
-useful for general use
-guarantees more stable frametime and lower ram usage
-this mod will be updated when needed

-muzzleflashes are bit broken due to compression
