Description
StartPos submod for Fuwuvi's All Clans Playable ROTS Campaign

-Minamoto Yoritomo should not die unless the Kamakura are totally wiped out, if killed in battle he will respawn in Kamakura/wherever their capital is after 2 turns; 12 TPY

-Major startpos edits for virtually all starting armies and regions, everyone gets upgraded units (including many from the Sengoku Campaign) and major clans get some heroes to start with

-Kyoto & Kamakura start as castles, other significant settlements start as Forts or Strongholds (most provinces start as Strongholds instead of towns now)

-Many region specialty changes: Aki (Shine) & Bingo (Pirates) switched, Sado gets Pirates instead of Gold, Bungo gets a Shrine instead of Pirates, Echigo gets a Blacksmith instead of Pirates, Kaga gets a Shrine instead of Blacksmith, Tosa gets Artisans instead of Lumber

-Minor CAI mod included to improve AI building priorities (the AI will almost never upgrade its castles without some sort of mod assistance since it is factored that the wall-less towns have more "military value" than fully-fledged castles in the base game) as well as a significant boost to income from castle chain (see update note for more info)

-Buffed minor clans traits: lowered penalties from +15% recruitment/10% upkeep to +3% recruitment & 2% upkeep and gave additional boost of +10 to diplomatic relations

Will likely cause a CTD if played without Fuwuvi's FOTS/ROTS All Clans Playable mod.
This mod must be loaded higher in load order to function properly.

Known Issue: when mousing over changed region specialty buildings they will still display the old specialty category afterwards, eg "Blacksmith, Naval Tradition" in Echigo or "Pirate Den, Gold" in Sado but the buildings should otherwise function/be upgrade-able as normal.

Warning: this mod isn't really meant to be "balanced" for all clans thus it can be quite difficult to win as a minor clan (just as the mod its based on) but it is far from impossible on very hard/legendary, especially if using one of my Sengoku Units for ROTS mods. Still, minor clans starting near Fukuhara Taira and the ones who tend to get sandwiched between Minamoto & Fujiwara (eg Ashikaga) will face an extremely challenging campaign.

The goal was to make the major factions into a huge threat whilst still providing avenues for the player to win as a minor. Taking major settlements like Kamakura or Kyoto should feel like a major reward now, and should cripple AI factions much more so than before where settlements are basically interchangeable.
