They specialize in harassing city-states and being a general nuisance.

UA: Dirty Tactics
15% bonus strength against city-states and 33% chance barbarian units will join your side when killed. Cannot gain settlers nor annex cities.

UU: Armored Brute
Rover's replacement for the swordsman. Stronger and more expensive than the original. Can move after attacking.

UB: Deep Mine
Rover's replacement for the forge.
+2 Gold
+2 Production
+20% Production when training land units.
