Supposedly, this base is a small transshipment center for mobile construction vehicles. They don't have blueprints inside, so they're easily customizable. Commander, my brother. We must capture these vehicles, so do not destroy them. We'll send you one, but it's our last one, so we need these construction vehicles intact.
